Moreover, with this particular job, space restrictions and production schedule challenges required a solution that incorporated both storage, and time windowed distribution of a variety of fragile items. Delivery needed to be across the whole of their customers’ store network.

Flexible Storage: We sourced a 18k sqft short term storage solution and provided all the necessary equipment and fleet to facilitate the project loadout (c25000 items), adapting to the company’s dynamic needs and ensuring secure storage.
Vehicle routing & Despatch: We developed an efficient routing and delivery plan that maximised fleet utilisation and minimised emissions.
Final mile Delivery: Our despatch team hand picked and loaded each vehicle with the variable store requirement, think of this as a pick and mix, only with a lot more bubble wrap, where no store order was the same as the other. Despite this, we still achieved 100% on time delivery to 200+ stores.
